Thanks to the wonders of Gamefly I rented and am currently playing Marvel vs. Capcom 3. It's a beautiful game and a lot of fun. But the drawback to rendering all the characters so beautifully is that the game features fewer playable characters than earlier games. Here are some left out characters I would have liked to see:
Capcom- Megaman, Captain Commando, Leon Kennedy, Cammy, Lancelot (from Knights of the Round), Poison, Regina (from Dino Crisis)
Marvel- Psylocke, Crossbones, The Mandarin, The Enchantress, Hawkeye, Namor, Scarlet Witch, The Vision, Hercules, Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Moon Knight, Black Widow, Gambit, Cable, Captain Britain
