Cartoonist Brant Parker has died. Parker was the man behind 'Wizard of Id' and also worked with Johnny Hart on 'B.C.' The weird thing is though is that he died a week after Hart died. And speaking of Hart's death, his widow said he died at his drawing table. Can you imagine that? He died doing what he loved to do. I'd say I'd like to go like that, but being a professional clown... yeah.
And while we are on this heartwarming subject of death, our hearts go out to the victims and families of the Virginia Tech massacre. I know some of our readers go there and we hope you are still safe. Though if there is one good thing to come out of all this it's that there has not been a single mention of that blown-out-of-proportion Don Imus non-controversy. Though I'm pretty sure South Park will be mentioning it...
