I am very very tired tonight so I'm going to do another top ten list. I was thinking today how awesome my dad is so I was thinking I would list my top 5 favorite dads from the movies.
5- Mark Lenard as Sarek (Star Trek TV show, Star Trek III, IV, VI)- Serene, calm, cool but really loved his son.
4- James Earl Jones and David Prowse as Darth Vader (Star Wars IV, V, VI)- Took time out from grinding the universe under his boot to reconnect with his son.
3- Marlon Brando as Don Vito Corleone (The Godfather)- Primarily because he was so cool. But also a good dad. Despite being a crime lord.
2- Marlon Brando as Jor-El (Superman)- Appearing mainly as a recording but left a lasting impression on me.
1- Sean Connery as Henry Jones Sr. (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade)- Did he ever make Junior tidy his room or finish his dinner? No! He gave him his privacy!
